1. All vendors must purchase general admission tickets for themselves and all their staff members for every day they sell/vend and attend at the festival.2. Vending space is FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!3. *FOOD VENDORS - FULL - food or drink vendors must be pre-approved by Chiangdao HeartFood vendors should arrive early and set up their shops before the 5th. Electricity will only be avaliable for LED lights (no electric cooking or water heating please)5. Vendors can set up their shops with materials they bring with them. Please do not cut the bamboo on the camping grounds.6. Non-food Vending is allowed in most areas except where there are signs that say 'no shops'. Please be mindful of other vendors, tents, or spaces near you as to not cause any conflicts. ♥7. Most vendors like to set up on the main grounds close to the stages.8. Please do not sell or advertise any 'illegal' substances in the festival grounds.WORKSHOP FACILITATORS, YOGA TEACHERS, etc..1. All workshop facilitators, like vendors, must purchase a general entrance ticket.2. Workshops are traditionally run by donation. It’s up to you in the end, but that is the tradition. (You are welcome to vend items at the beginning or end of your workshops if you like)3. As we moved we do not yet know what kind of facilities we have for workshops yet. We will update when we know.You can set up a workshop anywhere u want in unofficial areas, just be clear considerate of nearby campers. ❤4. Except for special circumstances, we do not have pre-booking for workshops. If you want to book a space, look a the avaliability on the WORKSHOP BOARD excel document when you arrive and sign up then please talk to our staff at reception and find the workshop coordinator. The coordinator will be at the evening stage every night so easy to find.5. There will be a board at reception for advertising workshops. You may bring a small advertisement, preferably about HALF an A4 paper size, to post on the board.6. If you wish, you can have your workshop advertised the night before at the evening stage.
